Book a session
The first conversation is free — and it starts here.
No waiting lists, no forms that feel like exams. Tell us a little about what's going on, and we'll come back to you personally — usually within a working day — with a counsellor, a time, and a plan.
Request your free first conversation
Tell us a little about what you're looking for. There are no wrong answers and no pressure — a real counsellor reads every message and replies personally, usually within one working day.
Where the spaces are
We deliberately hold time every week for new clients, so nobody gets placed on a waiting list. Here's how the week currently looks:
- Monday – Thursday
- Daytime (9am–5pm) and evenings to 9pm
- Good availability
- Friday
- Daytime (9am–5pm)
- Good availability
- Saturday
- Morning slots (9am–1pm)
- Limited — usually a 2–3 week wait
- Online sessions
- All of the above, plus early mornings from 8am
- Good availability
Availability changes week to week as current clients' sessions move — this overview is a guide, not a live diary. Your first conversation is the moment we find the slot that genuinely fits your week.
Safe hands, from your first message
Whatever you write stays confidential. We read every enquiry personally — you'll hear back from a real counsellor, not an auto-reply, usually within one working day.
- Replies within one working day
- Your first conversation is free
- No commitment and nothing to pay to enquire
- Confidential from your very first message
