Our services
Two ways we can work together
Whether you're coming on your own or through your workplace, every route starts the same way: with a free, unhurried conversation about what you need.
01
Individual counselling
One-to-one therapy is a steady, confidential space that belongs entirely to you. Together with your counsellor, you make sense of what's happening — past and present — and find ways of responding that feel more like you.
Sessions are conversational rather than clinical. There's no homework you're judged on and no script you have to follow; the pace is set by what you bring each week.
What it involves
- A regular, same-time weekly slot that's yours alone
- One consistent counsellor, matched to how you work
- Practical coping strategies alongside deeper reflection
- Complete confidentiality, with clear exceptions explained up front
Who it suits
- Anxiety, low mood, grief or burnout
- A specific event you can't quite move past
- Patterns in relationships or work you want to understand
- Anyone who wants a confidential space to think out loud
02
Workplace & EAP referrals
We partner with employers, HR teams and EAP providers to give staff fast, confidential access to qualified counsellors — the kind of support people actually feel safe using, because it sits outside the line management structure entirely.
Referrals are simple: a manager or the employee contacts us directly, we match them with a counsellor, and sessions usually begin within a week. The employer receives only anonymised, aggregate reporting — never clinical detail.
What it involves
- A named contact and agreed response times — usually within one working day
- Rapid matching to an appropriate counsellor
- Strict confidentiality boundaries that protect the employee
- Anonymised usage reporting for the organisation
Who it suits
- Businesses of any size wanting genuine staff support
- EAP providers needing a trusted delivery partner
- Teams navigating change, loss or high-pressure periods
- Employees self-referring through a workplace scheme
What people bring to us
There's no issue too small to deserve a space. Some of the things people bring to sessions include:
- Anxiety & panic
- Low mood & depression
- Grief & loss
- Relationship difficulties
- Work stress & burnout
- Life transitions
- Self-esteem
- Trauma & PTSD
- Loneliness
- Feeling stuck
Not sure which one fits?
If you're not sure which of these fits — or whether counselling is right for you at all — that's exactly what the free first conversation is for. Tell us a little about what's going on, and we'll suggest the way forward.
